The City of Jaoksonville is a party to the Agreement for Joint Planning Cooperation between
Pulaski County. the City of Little Rock, the City of North Little Rook, the City of Jaok-
sonvilles and other public bodies in Pulaski County, entered into on March 3, 1955.
AND WHFMEAS.
This Agreement for Joint Planning Cooperation provides urder Article 8 of tho Agreement
for the addition of ether public bodies operating within the area covered by the Joint
Planing Cooperation;
AND WHEREAS,
The town of Cammack Village, a mmloipality operating within the area of this Joint Co-
operation. has by resolution of its City Council on March 28, 1955. joined in the Agreement
for Joist Planning Cooperation/
AND WHEREAS,
The metropolitan Area Planning Connie ^ion of Pulaski County, established under this Agreement
has, at its meeting on April 4, 1955. approved the joining of the Ton of Cammack Village in
the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, and has reoomnended to the parties to the Agreement
that the Agreement be amended, as provided under Article 8 of the Agreement, for the joining
of the town of Cammack Village in the Agreement.

BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY CO^ICIL OF THE C OF JACFSO.'VIL'E,
That the recommendation of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is hereby adjusted and
that the joining of the Town of Cammack Village in the Agreement for Joint Planing Co-
operation is hereby approved;
AND BE TT FURT RESOLVED.
That the City Council of the City of Jacksonville approves amendment of the Agreement for
Joint Planning Cooperation to provide for representation of the Town of Cammack Village.
Arkansas, in the Metroplitan Area Planning Commission of Pulaski County as set forth in the
Agreement, and to provide fora oontribution of sharing coats for the operation and maiatenanoe
of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission.
