for business in oonforming with the Bill of Assurance.
2. That the Bill of Aseufanoe of West Jacksonville Subdivision Number 1 be altered
to include multiole unit residences on lots 25 -31 inolusive and lots 35-40 inclusive.
and the Hill of Assurance be altered to include duplex residential units on lots 69-74.

RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE ARKANSAS, that the Jackson-
ville Waterworks and Sewer Committee be, and they are hereby authorized, to initiate re- •
funding of the present revenue bonded indebtness of the Jacksonville Waterworks and Sewer
Systems, in order to provide additional funds for certain recommended improvement in the
Systems and, incidentally. to make peovision for tl-e expansion of the Water and Sewer
Systems to the East of the present City Limttei it being understood by all concerned that
the sum of money to be added to the present debt shall not exceed $70,000.00 and shall
preferable be limited to suoh a sum as may be justified by eurther detailed 'study.
