RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OHATRMAN AND SECRETARY OF THE WATFRWORRS ANO SEWER COMMITTEE
TO EXEOUTz A WATER SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jaoksonville. Arkansas, in
legal and regular special session convened, that the Chairman and Secretary of the Waterworks
and Sewer Committee be and they are hereby authorized to execute Water Service Contract
No. DA -03- 050 -sing -2390 with the United States to serve the Little Rook Air Force Base.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ooet of the required expansion to the water plant
necessary to furnish such additional service shall be borne by the Government. All work is
to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications of the Waterworks and Sewer
Committee of the City of Jacksonville, Arkanrae.
