RESOLUTION AUT "OPTZTNO THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY OF THE WATERWORKS AND SERFS COMMITTEE
TO EXECUTE A SSIER SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AVERTCA
RE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkan -ass in legal and
special session convened. that the Charran and Secretary d the naterworks and Sewer Commit-
tee be an they are hereby authorized to execute Sewer Service Contract No. DA- 03-050 -eng-
2389 with the United States to serve the Little Rook Air Faroe Base.
BE IT FORTNER RESOLVED that the cost of the requited expansion to the sewage plant
necessary to furnish suoh additional service shall be borne by the government. All work is
to be performed in accordance with plans and speoifioations of the Waterworks and Sewer
Conmittee of the City of Jabksonville.
