RESOLUTTON AUTFORIZINO TFE CHATPMAN AND THE SECRETARY OF THE WATERWORKS AND SEWER
COMMITTEE TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES DF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville. Arkansas.
in legal and regular eeefion convened, that the Chairman and Secretary of the
Waterworks and Sewer Committee be and they are hereby authorized to execute Water
Service Contract No. DA -03- 050 -Ong -2390 with the United States to serve the Little
Rook Air Force Base.
BE IT PIH?THF$ RESOLVED that the cost of the required expansion to the
water plant necessary to furnish such additional service shall be paid out of
revenue derived from water sales to the said Little Rook Air Force Base. The
estimated post of the necesrary expansion of the water paint is ¢271.234.00. A
connection charge of 4255.664.00 to be advanced by the Government is to be repaid
by the City of Jacksonville out of revenue derived from water sales to the Little
Rook Air Force Base. All work to be performed in accordance with plans and
specifications of the Waterworks and Sewer Committee of the City of Jacksonville.
