RESOLUTION NO. 6
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas in re�.ular session convened, th^t the City grant a
permit to the Missouri Pacific Railway Company , upon request,
for the proposed construction of a temporary loading plant from
adjacent to the team track between Main Street and Graham Road,
proposed loading plant form will encroach upon a right of way of
North Railroad Stp but the Missouri oncific Railway Company agrees
that ample room for one way traffic will be left within the right
of way limits of said North Railroad Street for Public use.
Said permit sholl be in force immediately and sba.11 expire
at noon, "ctober 15, 1954•
Upon experietion of this permit the hi_ssouri Panific Railway
Company agrees to remove installation from the ci y street
at no cost to the City
