AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 6350 T.P. WHITE DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS); AMENDINGORDINANCENOS, 213AND238AND THELAND USEMAP
OF THE CITY OF.7ACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND,
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT -
SECTION ONE; The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Legal Description:
Part of the Fractional North Half, Northeast Quarter, Section 4, Township 3 North,
Range 10 West, Pulaski County, Akransas, more particulary described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Fractional North Half, Northeast Quarter
of Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, thence South 88041'12" East 46.60
feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing South 88041'12" E 565.75 feet,
thence South 01034'16" West 374.36 feet, thence North 88022'34" West 595.35 feet
to the East right of way line of US Highway 67-167, thence North 06007'50" East
along said right of way line 372.45 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing Lot 1
Marine Subdivision, Pulaski County, Araknsas.
NOTE: The above description included Lot 1 Marine Subdivion, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification C-3 to C-5.
SECTION TWO; The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE; All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR; To satisfy the operational schedule for the parties
involved with this property, it is necessary for the public welfare, health, and safety to
declare an emergency. Therefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and
after its date of passage.
