A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTER -LOCAL AGREEMENT REGARDING
FUTURE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO THE ONEIDA BRIDGE
WHEREAS, The Cities of Jacksonville, Sherwood, Pulaski County and Metroplan are
engaged in a sharing of expenses regarding design and repair of the Oneida Bridge, and
WHEREAS, A determination needs to be made relative to future repair and upkeep after
the bridge is repaired by the Cities, County and Metroplan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SHERWOOD,
ARKANSAS
The proposed Inter -Local Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved
and may be executed by the Mayor.
