AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 1409 NORTH JAMES);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE CITY OFJACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT,;
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
The fractional part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NE
1 /4) of Section 19, T -3 -N, R -10 -W, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is 615 feet South of and 30 feet East of the Northwest
corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) of
Section 19, T -3 -N, R -10 -W; Thence N 89° 16' W, 150.0 feet; Thence N 03° 09' 49"
E, 155.0 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.86 acres, more or less.
Said property is hereby rezoned from classification R -0 to R -1 (General Location:
1409 North James, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law. II�
