AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY BETWEEN
LOOP ROAD, FOXWOOD DRIVE, AND NORTHEASTERN AVENUE);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238AND THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS' AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
TRACT ONE:
Legally described as follows: Part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 16 and part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 21, all in T -3 -N, R -10 -W, Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 407F, Foxwood Subdivision
P11 IX as recorded as Document No. 93 -41819 in Plat Book D, Page
736 in the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas; Thence along the

distance of 32.02 feet; Thence continuing along said Right -of -Way line

Way line of J.P. Wright Loop Road; Thence N 40 ° 05' 00" W, along
said Loop Road Right -of -Way line a distance of 130.53 feet; Thence
continuing along said Right -of -Way line along a curve to the left
(radius =800 feet), a chord bearing and distance of N 63 ° 46' 52" W,
643.11 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 8.8 acres, more or
less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification R -0 to R -1.
(General Location: Property located between Loop Road, Foxwood Drive, and
Northeastern Avenue, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
Map, should be and hereby Y is
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use p,
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.

herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
