- -- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND MODIFYING JMC § §18.37,030,
18.38.030 AND 18.39.030 TO ALLOW CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR
ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURED HOUSING UNITS) OR MODULAR HOME(S);
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY
I COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAn
SECTION ONE: JMC §18.37.030 USE — R -5) shall be
amended and modified to include the following:
j) An additional manufactured housing unit(s) or modular home(s).
SECTION TWO: JMC §18.38.030 (CONDITIONAL USE — R -6) shall be
amended and modified to include the following:
j) An additional manufactured housing unit(s) or modular home(s).
SECTION THREE: JMC §18.39.030 (CONDITIONAL USE — R -7) shall be
amended and modified to include the following:
j) An additional manufactured housing unit(s) or modular home(s).
SECTION FOUR: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict.
SECTION FIVE: This Ordinance, necessary for the continued
improvement of the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Jacksonville,
should be implemented immediately. Therefore, an emergency is hereby declared,
and this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its date of passage.
