ORDINANCE NO. 514
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 142 of 1963 "MASTER
STREET PLAN OF JACKSONVILLE PLANNING AREA "; INCLUDING
A PORTION OF MARYLAND AVENUE; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Jacksonville that:
Section 1. The "Master Street Plan of the Jacksonville
Planning Area" under the provisions of Ordinance 142 of 1963 and
Ark. Stats. Ann. Section 19 -2828, is hereby amended to include a
portion of Maryland Avenue in said Master Street Plan, as per
Attached Map.
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of
the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and the above Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect immediately after its passage.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
