AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE;
ARKANSAS (GENERAL. LOCATION: 1301 SOUTH HWY. 161, JACKSONVILLE,
ARRANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NDS 2I3.AN.D 238 AND THE LAND USE
MAP OF THE CITY OFJACfSONVILLE, ARAANSAS; DECLARINGAN EMERGENCY;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES:.
BE .IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSA5, THAT,
SECTION ONE: The zone classification. of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below.:
