ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AMENDING SEC -
TION 1402 OF ORDINANCE NO, 213 OF 1969, THE SAME
BEING SECTION 18.48.030 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE IN ORDER TO PERMIT AS A CONDITION-
AL USE IN A C -3 DISTRICT, AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL
(WITHOUT OUTSIDE RUNS), DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
(Approximate location, Highway 67 -167, immediate
vicinity, Rebsamen Memorial Hospital).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACK-
SONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 213 of 1969, Section 1402,
codified as Section 18,48.030 shall be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Conditional uses in C -3 District are: Carnivals
circus, etc; taverns, and animal hospitals (with-
out outside runs).
SECTION 2, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance being necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and
morale of the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall have full force and effect immediately after its passage.
