ORDINANCE NO, 4 7 2
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO TEXAS EASTERN PIPELINE COMPANY FOR THE
SUM OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY AND 62/100 ($1,390.62)
DOLLARS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
(GRAHAM ROAD VICINITY)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute
an easement deed to the following described property:
West half of Northwest quarter, Section 27, Town-
ship 3 North, Range 10 West.
to Texas Eastern Pipeline Company for the sum of One Thousand
Three Hundred Ninety and 62 /100 ($1,390.62) Dollars.
2. This oridnance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale
of the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall have
full force and effect immediately and after its approval and
passage.
