AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION.- 7418 T.P. WHITE DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS), AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE
MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,•
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IACKSONVILLF ARKANSAS, THA T'
SECTION ONE.- The zone classification of the following properties be and
hereby are changed as indicated below:
Legal Desertion:
Part of the Northeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 10 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter, Section 33,
Township 4 North, Range 10 West; thence North 992.1 feet; thence Vilest,
1146.15 feet (Measure 11.59.2 feet) to the Point of Beginning; thence West
318.85 feet to a point on the Easterly Right of Way line of U.S. Highway No. 67;
thence South 23 degrees 36 minutes 19 seconds West along said Right of Way,
200.0 feet; thence South 22 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds West along said
Right of Way, 15.4 feet; thence South 79 degrees 45 minutes East 201.4 feet;
thence South 5 degrees 56 minutes West, 7.3 feet; thence South 85 degrees 09
minutes 30 seconds East, 186.77 feet; thence North 4 degrees 45 minutes 21
seconds East 257.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification C-5 to G3.
SECTION TWO., The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE., All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: To satisfy the operational schedule for the parties
involved with this .property, it is necessary for the public welfare, health, and safety to
