AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS: AMENDING SECTION 1302
OR ORDINANCE NO. 213 OF 1969, THE SAME BEING SECTION
18.44.030 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE 1N
ORDER TO PERMIT AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN DISTRICT C -2
AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVTUE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 213 of 1969, Section 1302, codified as
Section 18.44.030 shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Conditional uses in C -2 District are: Schools (public,
private and nursery), commercial recreation, service
stations, auto repair, drive -in restaurant, public
utility facilities, taverns, automatic car wash facility.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of the citizens of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall have full force and effect immediately after its passage.
