0412 • ORDINANCE NO. 41/), AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACK- SONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that: Section 1. The zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 29, Township Three (3) North, Range Ten (10) West, more particularly described as follows: Starting at the NE corner of said SE*; thence South 88 °52' West 930 feet; thence South 2 ° 08' West 206.0 feet; thence South 88 ° 52' West approximately 40 feet to the West right of way line of the 125' gas line easement, which is the Eastern boundary of this property, and this being the point of beginning of this hereinafter described tract; thence continuing South 88 ° 52' West 457.69 feet to the East right of way of Stanphil Road; thence South 4°06'50" West 911.9 feet; thence South 82 °47'20" East 200 feet; thence South 4 West 200 feet; thence South 82 ° 47'20" East approximately 450 feet to the West line of the gas line easement; thence northwesterly along the gas line easement approximately 1150 feet to the point of beginning, containing 14 acres, more or less, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
