A ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERITES IN THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; ANIENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213
AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, SAS; DECLARING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. The zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section TWenty
(20), Township Three (3N) North, Range Ten (10W) West, more
particularly described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of
Section 30, thence North 1 degree, 25' East 400 feet: thence
North 88 degrees 32' West 671 feet, more or less, to a point
which is 400 feet North and 671 feet West of the point of
beginning; thence South 1 degree, 54' 30" West 400 feet; thence
East 671 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.16 acres,
more or less. (Corner of Southeastern and Graham load),.
Rezoned from Class R -1 to Class C -2.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 601 of the
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, ARkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 thereof.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of the
citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall have full force and effect
immediately after its passage.
