JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS TO UTILIZE FEDERAL Al D FUNDS FOR THE
FOLLOWING CITY PROJECT: JP WRIGHT LOOP ROAD RAIL GRADE
SEPARA TION,
WHEREAS, Metroplan has recently approved Federal -aid Surface Transportation
Block Grant Program --Attributable funds for Projects at the following Federal and City
participating ratios, up to the maximum Federal -aid available:

NOIR THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFJACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE.' The City will participate in accordance with its designated
responsibilities in this Project (3P Wright Loop Road Rail Grade Separation).
SECTION TWO: The Mayor and/or his designated representative is hereby
authorized and directed to execute all appropriate agreements and contracts necessary to
expedite the construction of this City Project.
SECTION THREE., The City pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the
Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department to initiate action to implement this
Project.
