0667 RESOLUTION NO. 667 (# 13 - 2011)
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CORRECT AND COMPLETE
TRANSFERS OF PROPERTY TO NORTH PULASKI WATER PUBLIC FACILITIES BOARD;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to State law and the parties' agreement, this City Council authorized
the Mayor and City Clerk to approve and coordinate transfer of certain real estate holdings of the
North Pulaski Water Public Facilities Board back to the Board after their transition and subsequent
reformation through Ordinances 1207 ( #15 -03) and 1213 ( #21 -03); and,
WHEREAS, because of the order of filing for said 2003 documents, there is a need to
correct some of the property transfer documents to insure North Pulaski Water Public Facilities
Board receives and holds ownership to ALL parcels of land included in the property transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to approve, execute, and complete all documents required to insure corrected transfer of
ALL parcels of real estate to have been included in the property transfers between the City of
Jacksonville and the North Pulaski Water Public Facilities Board as authorized by Ordinances 1207
( #15 -03) and 1213 ( #21 -03).
SECTION TWO: Any and all other Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of said conflict. This Resolution shall be in effect from and after its date of
passage.
