AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY M THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION; 420 WEST HICKORY); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NOS, 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JA CK50N VIL L E, ARKANSA5, THAT. -
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Leda/ Description
The West One -Half (1/2) of Lots 1 & 2, Block 5, Jones Addition,
City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
*Pulaski County Parcel No. 1230470002900*
Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification C-2 to R-0.
SECTION TWO; The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR; This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its date of passage, as subject to and mandated by applicable law.
