AGAINST REAL MD PlltSONAL IROPF,'TY WITHIN
THE CORFMATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
JAC/Mr/WIJ.E, ARKANSAS FOR THE TAXABLE
YEAR t• 1959.
SECTION 1. BE IT 01D.4INED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE.
ARROWS: That a tax of five mills on the dollar, is hereby levied by j
the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas. which is for the i s
taxable year of 1959.
SECTION 2. That a certified Dopy of this Ordinance be delivered by the City
Recorder to the County Clerk of Pulaski Count Arkansas, vhose duty it shall
be to extend said five mill tax against all real and personal property
assessments nado against properties within the corporate limits of the City
of Jacksonville, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect, from and after
its passage and approval.
