BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized as the Official Repre-
sentative of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, in the official
application and any subsequent documents to the United States
Government for federal assistance under Public Law Number 660.
