WATER DEPARTMENT FOR REPAYMENT OF 50°4
OF THE COST OF MUNICIPAL BUILDING CON-
STRUOT ON.
BE IT RESOLVED B" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That it has been determined by audit that the total
amount expended for renovation and add_t ^.ons to the municipal
Building (City H211) is '22,513.36. The entire sum of which
h ^s been paid by the -'it;i of 'Jacksonville .'ater &. Sewer Depart-
ment.
SECTION 2. It has been determined that the City of Jacksonville
General Fund shall reimburse the City of (Jacksonville Water &
Sewer Department 50 of the above stated amount 311,256,68) in
the following schedule of payments:
•
11 Payments at >1000 per month
1 Payment at T)256.68 Per month
That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval. .
