AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: BELLEVUE
SUBDIVISION, PHASE IV); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND
238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the E V2, E 112, SE 114 of Section 20, T-3-N, R-l0-W,
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the SE 114 of Section 20, T- 3-N, R-l0-W;
thence N 010 31' 24" E 1754.45 feet along the centerline of
Northeastern Avenue to the point of beginning; thence N 880 29' 08"
W, 508.47 feet along the North line of Bellevue Subdivision recorded
n Plat Book A Page 329 of the records of Pulaski County; thence N
820 24' 16" W, 50.28 feet across the R/W of Bellewood Lane; thence
N 880 29' 08" W, 100.00 feet to the NW corner of Lot 25 of said
Bellevue Subdivision; thence N 010 30' 52" W, 240.00 feet; thence S
880 29' 08" E, 100.00 feet; thence N 560 46' 22" E, 60.84 feet; thence
S 080 29' 08" W, 508.47 feet to the centerline of Northeastern
Avenue; thence S 010 31' 24" E, 280.00 feet along the centerline of
Northeastern Avenue to the point of beginning; containing 4.11 acres
more or less.

The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification R-3 to R-l.
(General Location: Property located in Bellevue Subdivision Phase IV, Jacksonville,
Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
