AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 10000 AND 10006
WARDEN ROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND
THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND,
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
TRACT IF: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3, T-2-N, R-ll-W and
part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34, T-3-N, R-ll-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the
Northeast Corner of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, T-2-N, R-ll-W,
thence S 890 30' 44" W 161.16' to a point on the Northwesterly right
of way of US Highway 67 and 167; thence S 540 18' 46" W along said
right of way 261.05'; ;thence N 320 09' 36" W, 42.32' to a point on
the new Northwesterly right of way of US Highwax 67 and 167 for the
Point of Beginning; thence continue N 320 09' 36' W 151.98"; thence
N 570 40' 02" E 102.44'; thence N 310 19' 02" W 271.53'; thence N
490 52' 15" E 285.21'; thence S 400 07' 44" E 349.14' to a point on
the New Northwesterly right of way of US Highway 67 and 167;

SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in tl1e respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
