ORDINANCE NO. 1260 (#22 - 05)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: VALENTINE ROAD);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACfED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T-3-N, R-II-W and part of the NE
1/4 of Section 1, T-2-N, R-II-W, all in Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 12, Clover Ridge
Subdivision, Phase I, as recorded Document No. 88 38699, Plat Book
C, Page 522, at the Pulaski County Courthouse; thence N 530 30' DO"
E a distance of 250.00 feet to the Southwesterly right of way line of
Valentine Road; thence S 360 30' DO" E along said right of way, line
348.48 feet; thence leaving said right of way line S 530 30' 00 ' W a
distance of 250.00 feet to the Northeasterly line of Clover Ridge
Subdivision, Phase I; thence N 360 30' 03" W along said Northeasterly
line 348.48 feet to the point of beginning; containing 2.0 acres, more

The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification R.=O--te-R=3.
(General Location: Property located on Valentine Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas).

SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
