ORDINANCE NO. 1276 (#9 - 06)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: CORNER OF GRAHAM
ROAD AND LOOP ROAD, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENAcrED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SWl/4, SW1/4 of Section 21, T-3-N, R-l0-W, Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of SW1/4, SW1/4 of Section 21, T-3-N,
R-l0-W, thence N 890 39' 07" E, 427.64 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 890 39' 07" E, 656.70 feet (Measured), N 890 29'
E, 606.63 feet ~Platted); thence S 010 18' 19" W, 1345.40 feet;
thence N 88041 47"W, 657.07 feet; thence N 01019' 47" E, 1328.92
feet (Measured), N 000 19' 40" E, 1329.37 feet (Platted) to the point
of beginning, containing 20.161 acres, more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification C-2 to R-1.
(General Location: Property known as Graham Settlement and located at the corner
of Graham Road and Loop Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in tne respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
