AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE TIIAT TBE CITY :MARSlIAL
SHALL BE APPOINTED
Be It Ordained And Enaoted By The City Council Of The City Of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
1. The City Marshal of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas shall henceforth be appointed
by the Mayor with the Approval of the City Council, by authority of Act 172 of the 1~,3 Acts of the
Arkansas State Legislature.
2. All Ordinanoes or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
