AN ORDINANCE WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PURCHASING A PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERT FOR THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to purchase a
eight foot (8~) by four foot (4') precast concrete box
culvert, sixty feet (60') long for the Loop Road Drainage

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:

Dollars ($139.00) per foot.
