AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SPENDING OF THE CITY'S CONTINGENCY
FUND, ADDING CHAPTER 3.20 TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF JACKSONVILLE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby added to the MUnicipal Code
of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Chapter 3.20 which reads as follows:
CHAPTER 3.20

3.20.01 Requirement
Before the Mayor can spend the budget item labeled Contin-
gency Fund, official approval must be given by the City Council
of the City of Jacksonville.
3.20.02
Adoption by Reference
Arkansas Statutes Annotated 19-4421 et-. seq. is hereby
adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
