AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" (GENERAL LOCATION:
BRIARFIELD SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, PHASE III, BETWEEN CORBIN & GRACE STREET
ON LOOP ROAD: FROM R-3 TO R-5 ZERO LOTLINE DEVELOPMENT)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS,
that:
SECTION I: The zone classification of the following property be and is
hereby changed as indicated:
Section 3, Phase III, Briarfield Subdivision.
Part of the SW~ NW~ and Part of the NW~ SW~, Section 28, T-3-N,
R-lO-W, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said SW~ NW~ of Section 28, thence
South 88 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds E. 850.04 feet to a point;
thence South 01 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds West 1,,544.28 feet
to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 00
seconds E. 195.96 feet to a point; thence South 01 degrees 27
minutes 00 seconds W 1,086.04 feet to a point on the North R/W
line of Corbin St.; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds
W along said North R/W line 194.25 feet to a point; thence North
01 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds E. 1,085.61 feet to a point of
beginning and containing 4.86 acres more or less. Rezoned from
R-3 to R-5. (Approx. location/between Corbin & Grace on Loop Rd,,)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of the Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238,
and designated official zoning map, should be and hereby is amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
