ORDINANCE NO. 5 5 6
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: TONEYVILLE NORTH);
AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
V[LLE~ ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pro-
perties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
TRACT 1 - Starting at the NE corner of said NE t NW t
Section 17, T-3-N, R-IO-W; Thence South 01 degrees 51
minutes West 677.8 feet; thence South 89 degrees one
minute West 600 feet; thence South one degree fourteen
minutes West 393.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing South one degree fourteen minutes West 80 feet;
thence 89 degrees one minute West 298.8 feet to the cen-
ter line of State Highway No. 161; thence North five degrees
twenty-eight minutes East along said Highway center line a
distance of 80.45 feet; thence North 89 degrees one minute
East 292.9 feet + to the point of beginning, containing
0.542 acre, more or less.
TRACT 2 - Starting at the NE corner of said NE t NW t
Section 17, T-3-N, R-10-W; thence South one degree fifty-
one minutes West 677.8 feet; thence South 89 degrees one
minute West 600 feet; thence South one degree fourteen
minutes West 233.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing South one degree fourteen minutes West 160 feet,
thence South 89 degrees one minute West 292.9 feet, more
or less, to the center line of State Highway No. 161; thence
North 05 degrees twenty-eight minutes East along said
Highway center line a distance of 160.91 feet; thence
North 89 degrees one minute East 280.9 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning, containing 1.052 acres, more
or less.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-O to C-2.

SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacks~lvi11e, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Sectio 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances i,n
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
