BE IT ORDAIN t-t:I) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILT :Fi~, ARKANSAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Ordinance Number 325 and SecLion 5.04.080 of the
Munici:ra.l Code of Jacksonville, Arkansas, is amended to read as follows:
5.04.080 Penalty.
It is hereby declared a rnisdtlLLeanOr for any person, fiLlLl or COLiJ-
oration crirrying on a business, professiu.ll or occupation wi thin the
City of Jacksonville to fail and/or refuse to cUlLply with any of the
provisions of this Chapter. Upon conviction for such violation, the
offender shall be fined in an amount not less than two hundred dollrirs
($200.00) nor more than five hundred dollrirs ($500.00) for each se:ra.rate
violation; provided, however, in no case shall the fine be in excess of
double the anount of the license fee provided, together with costs.
SEl:l'ION 2: All ordinances before mentioned are hereby repealed
to the extent of such conflict.
