AN ORDINANCE REDISTRICTING THE WARDS OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 184 AND CHAPTER 1.12 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF JACKSONVILLE~ AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: Ordinance number 184 and Chapter 1.12 of the
Municipal Code of Jackronvi1le are amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 1.12
CITY WARDS
Section:
1.12.010 Redistricting - Map.
1.12.0,10 Redistricting - Map.
The plan of redistricting the wards of the city, as
indicated by the following maps, is adopted by the city council
as the official map of wards of the city in confo~luity with the
judgment of the Honorable Warren Wood, Circuit Court Judge by
appropriate order dated January 26, 1978.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and codes conflicting with
this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
