AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: FOXWOOD COUNTRY CLUB);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, that:
SECTION 1. The zone classification of the following pro-
perty be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the North One Half (N~) of Section 16, Township
3 North';. 'Range 10 West in the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particulary de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 174, Foxwood
Subdivision, Phase III (recorded in Pulaski County
Courthouse, Plat Book 30, Page 39, Little Rock, Arkansas)
said Corner being located at the intersection of the
north right-of-way line of Foxwood Drive and the rear
lot line of said Lot 174; thence N 230 10' 06" E along
the easterly lot lines of Lots 1740 173 and 172 of Foxwood
Subdivision Phase III; thence S 66 23' 53" E, 700.0
feet; thence S 230 10' 06" 1\', 279.08 feet to the north-
west corner of Lot 140, Foxwood Subdivi~ion, Phase VI-A;
thence continue S 230 10' 06" W, along the west line of
said Lot 140, Foxwood Subdivision, Phase VI-A, 175.92
feet to the north right-of-way line of Foxwood Drive;
thence N 660 23' 53" W along the north right-of-way line
of Foxwood Drive, 700.0 feet to the point of beginning;
containing 7.31 acres, more or less.
The above-described property to be rezoned from R-O to C-1.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 601 of Ordinance
No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by
Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map, should be
and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
thereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
