AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: STONEWALL SUBDIVISION,
PHASE IV); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF
JACKS'ONV'ILLE',' ARKAN'SAS';' AN'D' F'OR 'OTHE'R 'PURP'O'SE'S'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE 1
ARKANSAS, that:
SECTION 1. The zone classification of the following pro-
perty be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Part of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 10 West~ Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the center of Section 20, T-3-N, R-lO-W,
thence N 89053'26" E along the North line of the SE~
of said Section 20, 656.72 feet to a point on the
Northerly right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad, thence S 50000'26" W along said right-of-way,
1755.30 feet, thence N 39059'34" W, 115.00 feet, thence
S 50000'26" W, a distance of 125.33 feet, thence along
a curve to the right with a chord bearing and distance
of N 70037'22" E, 293.09 feet, thence N 88045'40" W,
1052.80 feet, thence N 01027'41" E, 629.27 feet, thence
N 18040'10" W 375.33 feet, thence S 88045'40" E, 47.07
feet, thence along a curve to the left with a chord
bearing and distance of N 71010'23" E, 302.37 feet,
thence N 51006'26" E, 824.59 feet, thence along a curve
to the right with a chord bearing and distance of N 710
21'26" E, 772.47 feet, thence S 88023'24" E, 602.23
feet, thence S 01036'35" W, a distance of 635.44 feet
to return to the point of beginning: Containing 77.39
acres, more or less.
The above-described property to be rezoned from R-l and R-3
to R-O.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 thereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
