BE IT ORDAThJ~U BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indica too:
Part of the north one-half (N~) of the Northwest Quartpr
(~) of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 10 West,
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being rrore
particularly des~ibed as follows:
Canmencing at the northwest oorner of the N~ of the
W-~ of Section 28, T-3-N, R-IO-W; thence East, 1147.75
feet; thence South, 30.0 feet to the intersection of the
East line of Loop Roa.d and the South line of Graham Road
said mint being the mint of beginning; thence South,
131.4 feet; thence East, 101.5 feet; thence North, 131.4 feet;
thence West, 101 feet to the mint of beginning: containing

The above property is hpreby rezoned fruu R-O to R-4.

for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith Are hereby repprlled to the extent of any' such conflict.
