AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: EASTVIEW ADDITION,
PHASE VI); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
A R KA N SA S, T HAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the South One-Half (S~) of Section 30,

SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended
by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map, should
be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1,
thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extend of any such
conflict.
