AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: NORTH JAMES
STREET, ACROSS FROM THE OLD ROETZEL MOBILE HOME SALES LOT);
AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF.'THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Lot 14 and 15, Block 2, Brown Addition, City of
Jacksonville, County of Pulaski, Arkansas.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-O to C-l.
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
