AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: HIGHWAY 67-l67/NEAR
STATE HIGHWAY WEIGHT STATION/SOUTH); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER
213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36
Township 3 North, Range 11 West (Containing 80 acres,
more or less).
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-O to C-3.
(General vicinity: Highway 67-l67/near State High-
way Weight Station/South)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any
such conflict.
