AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY FORMERLY
REFERRED TO AS PINE COVE OR PARKVIEW ADDITION), AMENDING ORD-
INANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, AR~
KANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSQNVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pro-
perties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Township
3 North, Range 11 west, in the City of Jackson-
ville, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of
Lot 20, Block 3 of the W. W. Keaton Second Addi-
tion to the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas; thence
South 34 degrees 14 minutes West 150.0~feet to
a point, said point being the intersection of the
southerly right of way line of Loop Road and the
westerly right of way line of Park Avenue; thence
North 55 degrees, 45 minutes West along said
southerly right of way line of Loop Road, 311.0
feet to the point of beginning, thence South
34 degrees 14 minutes West 253.0 feet, thence
South 12 degrees 05 minutes East 70.7 feet;
thence North 82 degrees 05 minutes west 370.8 feet
to a point on the easterly right of way lirie of
U.S. Highway #67, thence North 25 degrees 24
minutes East along said easterly right of way line
of U.S. Highway #67 470.8 feet to a point on the
southerly right of way line of Loop Road; thence
South 55 degrees 45 minutes East along said
southerly right of way line of Loop Road, 353.1
feet to the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 to R-5.
(General location: Formerly referred to as Pine Cove or Park-
view Addi tion. )
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
