AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: CORNER OF BLAKELY-MAYFAIR RDS.); AMENDING
ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~)
of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Three (3) North, Range Eleven
(11) West, in Pulaski Crunty, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
Starting at the intersection of the East line of Section 36 and the
North right-of-way 1 ine of U. S. Highway No. 67; thence South 360
531 West 185.0 feet along said North right-of-way line to a point,
which is the East corner of a tract sometimes known as Lo~ 17,
Cloverdale Gardens (unrecorded); thenc8 oontinue South 36 531 West
124.0 feet to a point; thence North 50 451 W@st 727.4 feet to the
point of beginning; then8e continue North 50 451 West 127.6 feet to
a point; thence South 45 061 West 126.0 feet to a point; thence
South 460461 East 178.1 feet to a poist; thence North 540381 East
25.5 feet to a Boint; thence North 46 46' West 51.7 feet to a point;
thence North 43 141 East 109.8 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.42 acre, more or less.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-O to R-3.

SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238,
and designated official zoning map, should be and hereby is amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1, thereof,
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
