AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE MEETING DATE FOR THE CITY OF JACK-
SONVILLE ,PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 190 AND SECTION 110 OF CHAPTER 14.04 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF JACKSONVILLE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 190 and Section 110 of Chapter
14.04 of the Jacksonville Municipal Code are amended to read as
follows:
14.04.110 Meetings-When-Special meetings.
A. Regular Meetings. The park and recreation commission
shall meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the
City Recreation Center unless another time, date and
place is designated by the chairman and all members are
notified at least one day in advance.
B. Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called by
the chairman or by written request sent to the sec-
retary by three members of the commission.
C. Quorum. A majority of members constitutes a quorum.
SECTION 2. All ord inances before mentioned are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
