0574 RESOLUTION NO. 574 ( #2 - 04)
A RESOLUTION THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, TO EXECUTE THE
APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS FOR THE WEST INTERCEPTOR
PROJECT; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Jacksonville Sewer Commission anticipates construction
on the West Interceptor project to begin this month; and,
WHEREAS, the Jacksonville Sewer Commission needs to obtain a
Temporary Construction Sanitary Sewer Easement and a Permanent Sanitary
Sewer Easement across certain real property owned by the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas. Obtaining said Easement is appropriate to proceed with the project
to proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Temporary Construction Sanitary Sewer Easement and a Permanent
Sanitary Sewer Easement in favor of the Jacksonville Wastewater Utility for
work on the West Interceptor project across real property owned by the City of
Jacksonville.
SECTION TWO: Any and all other Resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict. This Resolution shall be in effect
from and after its date of passage.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS DAY OF AUGUST, 2004.
