AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION
OF WOOLFORT STREET TO THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. All of the property owners along the portion of
Woolfort Street have signed a street dedication and easement, dedi-
cating that portion of Wool fort Street as a public street to the
City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said street being
described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter
(NE~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section
17, T-3-N, R-10-W, in the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said North-
east Quarter (NE~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~),
Section 17, T-3-N, R-10-W; thence South, 679.8
feet; Thence West, 527.8 feet to the point of
beginning, said point being on the center line
of Woolfort Street; thence South 25.0 feet; thence;
West 320.0 feet to the East right-of-way line,
50.0 feet; thence East, 32.0 feet; thence South,
25.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. We hereby accept the dedication of the above
described portion of Woolfort Street and confirm said dedication,
making that portion of Woolfort Street a public street in the
City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
