AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF CASEY
STREET TO THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. All the property owners have signed a street
dedication and easement, dedicating Casey Street as a public
street to the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
said street being more particularly described as follows:
The West 25 feet of the North 108 feet and
the West 15 feet of the South 58 feet of
Lot "33-A", Henry Estates Addition to the
City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, AND
The West 15 feet of Lot "49", Henry Estates
Addition to the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, AND
The East 25 feet of Lot "32", Henry Estates
Addition to the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, AND
The East 25 feet of Lot "50", Henry Estates
Addition to the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. We hereby accept the dedication of Casey Street
and confirm said dedication, making Casey Street a dedicated
public street in the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF APRIL, 1985.
