RESOLUTION NO. 439 (#7-91)
RESOLUTION DECLARING JUST COMPENSATION FOR ACQUIRED RIGHT OF WAY FOR
O'NEAL STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville is undertaking the O'Neal Street
Improvement Project with Federal financial assistance from the Department
of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the
local ruling body to ascertain just compensation for all "right -of -way"
acquisitions for the street project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the statement of just compensation for acquired right -of -way
is as listed below:
