AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 752 ESTABLISHING, STREET,
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 100 OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
L WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 752 was passed by the City Council of
the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, on August 16, 1984,
establishing Street, Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 100
of the said City; and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 752 contains a
legal description of certain property embraced by the said
Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, the said legal description of said property is
incorrect because of clerical errors in preparation of the fo~w
of said Ordinance No. 752, and it is necessary that the City
Council enact another Ordinance to correct the errors in such
legal description;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: The legal description of the property embraced
within Street, Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 100 of
the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as contained in Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 752, is hereby amended to correct certain clerical
errors contained therein and as amended shall read in full as
follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW\) of
Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 11 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:

line of said Section 22, 791.49 feet to the
point of beginning: containing 39.71 acres,
more or less.
SECTION 2: Except as otherwise amended herein, Ordinance
No. 752 establishing Street, Water and Sewer Improvement District
No. 100 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, including without
limitation the remainder of Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 752
not amended herein, is hereby reaffirmed and readopted in its
entirety.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
SECTION 4: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
